Once you submit your order via checkout, you will receive a confirmation notice via Etsy. Please allow 1-3 business days for payment processing, packaging, and shipping.

SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
After the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via Etsy which will include the billing invoice number and tracking/customs number stating your package has been mailed.

Deliveries are shipped via First Class United States Postal Service (USPS) on all Domestic and International orders. 

PACKAGING
All items are securely packaged and tracked to ensure safe delivery. 

DOMESTIC ORDERS
All items containing one item will be mailed in a 12.5 X 9.5 OR (smaller) padded envelope which includes insurance and tracking. All Domestic (U.S.) orders containing two or more items will be mailed in a small USPS First Class Priority Flat Rate Box which includes insurance and tracking.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please contact me indicating which country you will have the order shipped to. I will apply the appropriate shipping charge on the site for your country and then you can submit your order. 

All International orders will be mailed U.S. First Class International mail in either a 12.5 x 9.5 OR (smaller) padded envelope or Priority box depending on the quantity purchased. 

The registration for customs WILL NOT BE included within the shipping charge. Your package will be tracked by the registration number depending on the country's rules and regulations. 

Gems of Joy Designs WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for delayed shipping deliveries due to the custom shipping process.

REFUSED/UNCLAIMED MAIL
If delivery is refused by recipient or package is unclaimed for any reason, the order WILL NOT BE refunded. If USPS returns to the sender, (Gems of Joy Designs), we will contact you for a resolution.

Quality and great customer service is my first priority. There is no returns or exchanges on merchandise due to sanitary reasons but I will make every effort to work out a resolution if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Customer satisfaction guaranteed.

COUPON CODES:
Coupon codes must be entered at checkout (click “Apply Coupon Code” and enter the code in the box to qualify. Coupon codes entered in the “Notes to Seller” box WILL NOT be applied. Only one coupon code may be applied per purchase. Promotions are only effective during the specified date range when the appropriate coupon code is used. 
Promotion discounts cannot be applied to previous orders even if those orders have not yet been shipped. Coupon codes cannot be applied to USPS shipping charges, insurance, tracking fees or holiday gift boxes.

HOLIDAY GIFT BOXES: ($4.00/gift wrapping) 
Glitter boxes ONLY come in one standard size (4x 3.5 inches).
Holiday gift boxes may be ordered during checkout during the Christmas season. Please specify gift box color in the notes section of your order. 

CUSTOMIZED MESSAGES FOR HOLIDAY OR GIFT ORDERS:
You may include a customized message with your order in the note section during checkout.

BIRTHDAY GIFT WRAPPING: ($4.00/gift wrapping)
Gift wrapping is available upon request. Please select the gift wrapping option under holiday gift wrapping at checkout when placing your order. Also, notify me in the note section that it is a birthday gift.
