Payment Policy
Gems of Joy Designs accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover through PayPal. Please allow 1-3 business days for payment processing.
All orders will be directed to the Etsy website for checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Quality and great customer service is my first priority. I place true value on my potential buyer. Due to the nature that jewelry is an intimate item which is worn on the body, it cannot be returned or exchanged due to sanitary reasons.
I will make every effort to work out a resolution if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Customer satisfaction guaranteed.

COUPON CODES:
Coupon codes must be entered at checkout (click “Apply Coupon Code” and enter the code in the box to qualify. Coupon codes entered in the “Notes to Seller” box WILL NOT be applied. Only one coupon code may be applied per purchase. Promotions are only effective during the specified date range when the appropriate coupon code is used.
Promotion discounts cannot be applied to previous orders even if those orders have not yet been shipped. Coupon codes cannot be applied to USPS shipping charges, insurance, tracking fees or holiday gift boxes.
HOLIDAY GIFT BOXES:
($4.00/gift wrapping)
Glitter boxes ONLY come in one standard size (4x 3.5 inches).
Holiday gift boxes may be ordered during checkout during the Christmas season. Please specify gift box color in the notes section of your order.
CUSTOMIZED MESSAGES FOR HOLIDAY OR GIFT ORDERS:
You may include a customized message with your order in the note section during checkout.
BIRTHDAY GIFT WRAPPING:

Gift wrapping is available upon request. Please select the gift wrapping option under holiday gift wrapping at checkout when placing your order. Also, notify me in the note section that it is a birthday gift.

The Shipping Process
Once you submit your order via checkout, you will receive a submission confirmation notice via email. Due to inventory on hand, production turnaround time on orders will be processed immediately. Please allow 1 -3 business days for payment processing, packaging, and shipping.
Shipping Confirmation
After the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking confirmation or tracking/customs number via email stating your package has been mailed.
Deliveries are shipped via First Class United States Postal Service (USPS) on all Domestic orders and First Class Priority on International orders.
Packaging
All items are securely packaged and tracked to ensure safe delivery.
Domestic Orders
All items containing one item will be mailed in a 12.5 X 9.5 OR (smaller) padded envelope which includes tracking. All Domestic (U.S.) orders containing two or more items will be mailed in a small USPS First Class Priority Flat Rate Box which includes insurance and tracking.
International Orders
Please contact me prior to your order specifying your country and mailing address. The appropriate shipping charge will be added to Etsy prior to submitting your order.
All International orders will be mailed U.S. First Class International mail in either a 12.5 x 9.5 OR (smaller) padded envelope or a Priority box for orders of 2 items or more.
The registration for customs WILL NOT BE INCLUDED in the shipping charge. Your package will be tracked by the registration number depending on the country's rules and regulations. This fee will be added to your total purchase.
Late Deliveries
Gems of Joy Designs WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for delayed shipping deliveries due to the USPS custom or domestic shipping process.
Refused or Unclaimed Mail
If delivery is refused by recipient or package is unclaimed for any reason, the order WILL NOT BE refunded. If USPS returns to the sender, (Gems of Joy Designs), we will contact you for a resolution.
